Swim Skill Progressions
This introduction helps children build a positive and safe experience in the water. Children learn to trust their instructor and the pool while developing foundational skills such as assisted floating, kicking, and breath control, building confidence for future swimming progress.

This level emphasizes developing fundamental swimming skills with guided instructor support. Children learn essential survival techniques, such as independent floating, rolling over, and popping up to breathe to ensure they can stay safe in various water situations.
2. Skills
As children advance, they begin to develop proper swim techniques and learn the different strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. This stage refines their form, building endurance, and enhancing their swimming efficiency, preparing them for competitive swimming.
